Not useable!!

Doesnt matter how often I uninstall/ install the app, it really NEVER works! Whether on my phone or my Apple Watch. I liked the idea especially to control Sonos via Watch. No chance... And the developer are not reacting or comment the issue! If they wont fix it, this will be the first App Im claiming my money back!
